Would you like to stretch and breathe and exhale tension on Wednesday evenings?
I would love to share a slow-flow hatha yoga class with you. It's my joy to offer you the gift of a beginning introduction to yoga, and with that gift may come balance, strength, flexibility, endurance, moment-to-moment living, mindful living, a feeling of oneness, enjoyment of being, and peaceful calm inside your mind and spirit. This is no power yoga, nor will we be chanting, but rather an introductory experience of yoga's postures, healthy breathing, and gentle guidance toward union of body, breath, and mind.
My own practice has taken place over the past 5 years, and I have been teaching for 4 years. I am now acutely aware of how much I do *not* know, but I am grateful to share the knowledge I have, and help faciliate a peaceful, loving class.
Come to a yoga class on Wednesdays from 7-8pm at MCTC. The session is from April 2 to May 21. Class rate for entire session is $79. Register here, dress comfortably, and come prepared to start your own yoga-journey!
