No need to bring a hoop, but if you have one, you are encouraged to bring your own. I will have some available, but your "favorite" size may be taken, and you may have to use a hoop that is larger or smaller than you'd prefer. Dress comfortably: no belts or necklaces.

3. Bring cash or check in person to ongoing hoop classes (see below for current classes)
Remember, paying now guarantees your spot. These workshops traditionally fill up, so don't hesitate if you're interested! Even if you have told me via email or in-person that you are interested in this workshop, you must respond to this email in order to register, and you must pay before being guaranteed a spot.
Learn some skills and tricks so you can enjoy the next HoopJam even more! :) There will be lots of opportunities to hoop in the sun and warmth, and it's a good time to learn hoop-skills!
Thanks for coming to HoopJam! I had a great time meeting you and hooping together. We're looking for a larger location for our next HoopJam: Suggestions welcome!
Current ongoing classes:
Thursdays from 6-6:45pm at Jefferson Elementary School. Register online through Community Education Courses, found here: Hoopdancing
Drop-in for $10 a class!
Also, second sessions are open for registration at MCTC, for both yoga and hooping. Sign up now while you still can! MCTC
Wear comfortable clothes (no belts or necklaces), bring a bottle
of water, and come prepared to move your body! Come away from class
feeling energized, centered, and healthy. Bring your smile and
positive energy to share, and we'll mirror one another. :)
Give it a whirl and boost your esteem by reminding
yourself that you can learn ANYTHING you want. Drop all
self-judgment and expectation, and see what hooping does for
you. :)
